The Clay Warehouse Pottery Points are rewards you earn with every purchase—whether you shop in-store or online!

How to Earn Points:

$1 spent = 3 points earned

200 points rewarded when signing up

200 points rewarded on your birthday (must enter your birth date onto the customer account page 30 days prior to earn birthday points)

How to Redeem:

Points can be redeemed in-store or online toward future purchases. 

Online:

If you are redeeming points online, log onto your account by heading to the top right corner of the website and clicking on the person icon, located in between the search icon and the cart icon ().  When logged onto the account, head to the main landing page on the website, then navigate to bottom left corner where you will find a blue button named "Pottery Points" (). This wil give you a breakdown of redemable rewards and your total points earned.

A few important things to note when redeeming points. 

  • When you redeem points you will receive a unique code to enter into the promo code section at checkout. This code is fleeting and it is important to save this code, because once it is lost, it cannot be recovered. 
  • When using points towards a free shipping reward, your points total must be exactly the same as the shipping cost, if not more, for the points to work. 
    • For example - If shipping cost $26 you will need at least $30 points to redeem towards free shipping. Using a $20 code towards a $26 shipping cost will give you an error code and will not work.

In Store:

When redeeming points in store, just ask a staff member to use your points towards your in store purchase! There is no need to redeem points before shopping in store, as staff has access to the points earned on your account. If you do already have a code you would like to use in-store, just present it to staff at checkout and we will enter the code for you to use your reward discount.

Terms and Conditions
Pottery Points never expire and are our way of showing appreciation to our loyal customers. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. They can only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them. Birthday points are awarded once per calendar year and require that your birthdate be added to your account at least 30 days prior to your birthday in order to be applied. Points cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases. School, city facilities, and bulk/wholesale purchases are excluded from the points program. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Pottery Points program at any time without notice. Any abuse of the program, including suspected fraud or duplicate accounts, may result in the forfeiture of points and removal from the program.
