The Clay Warehouse Pottery Points are rewards you earn with every purchase—whether you shop in-store or online!

How to Earn Points:

$1 spent = 3 points earned

200 points rewarded when signing up

200 points rewarded on your birthday (must enter your birth date 30 days prior to earn birthday points)

How to Redeem:

Points can be redeemed in-store or online toward future purchases. View your points account by logging on to your account and viewing the tab to the left of the screen or let our staff know you'd like to apply your points when shopping in person.

How to Redeem Points Online:

To redeem your Pottery Points online, start by signing in to your Clay Warehouse account. You can do this by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of the website. Once you’re signed in, return to this page to view your points—they’ll appear on the left side of your screen.

When you can see your available points, choose the point amount you'd like to redeem and click on it. A unique promo code will be generated—be sure to save this code, as it’s what you’ll enter at checkout to apply your discount. Simply paste the code into the promo code section during checkout to redeem your points.

Terms and Conditions

Pottery Points never expire and are our way of showing appreciation to our loyal customers. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. They can only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them. Birthday points are awarded once per calendar year and require that your birthdate be added to your account at least 30 days prior to your birthday in order to be applied. Points cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases. School, city facilities, and bulk/wholesale purchases are excluded from the points program. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Pottery Points program at any time without notice. Any abuse of the program, including suspected fraud or duplicate accounts, may result in the forfeiture of points and removal from the program.
