Return and Exchanges
We accept unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will thoroughly examine it, and it is up to our discretion whether you are entitled to a return or not. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Workshop Refunds are only given if a student cancels via email more than seven days before the first class. In addition, there is a $50 administration fee for all cancellations, regardless of the time frame.
Workshops & COVID Regulations
We understand that government regulations change from time to time during a pandemic. As long as we are not mandated to cancel a workshop entirely, we will hold it with the highest safety standards in place. If something changes and you decide not to take the workshop, we will offer a refund and process a $50 administration fee. If workshops are mandated closed by the provincial government, and we cannot host the workshop, a full refund will be offered, as this factor would be out of your control.
Currently as of December 23rd, 2021 we are able to continue running our workshops. The BC provincial government has mandated that all in person workshops require businesses to confirm a vaccine passport. This will be a requirement upon arrival to your workshop, and we ask that you be kind and cooperative with our team members as we work through these changes.
Workshops & Make-up Classes
Please try your best to make every class but we do understand that things come up. If you need to make up a class it will be subject to a $30 fee and scheduling will be up to the discretion of the teacher. Please email us as soon as you know that you cannot attend a class and we will try to work something out.
Workshops : What to Wear
- Wearing long nails & rings – it's best to keep your nails short; long nails make it difficult to throw clay on the potter's wheel. Also, take into consideration any rings or jewelry; if you can remove any rings, it's best to do so
- Clothing/Shoes - Playing with clay is not about looking your best; it's about getting dirty, enjoying yourself, and crafting a unique work of art. Ensure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Clay can be washed out of clothing; Shoes may get dirty, an old pair of comfortable shoes work best. Bring an apron if you have one.
- Bring a hand towel with you; You will need to wipe your hands from time to time. You will also be wiping clay off things you swear you never touched. It will also help you with the cleanup
