Registration is now OPEN for our June / July Core Workshops!

Listed below are a few key points to note when registering for a class;

• Please pay close attention to experience level required to take each class
• Please ensure you can commit to all class dates.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the first workshop date, and all cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made 6 days or less before the workshop will not be refunded. Once a workshop has begun, refunds will not be processed.

• Once a workshop has begun, refunds WILL NOT be given.
  

• Each workshop has an experience level listed; ensure you read carefully to find a workshop that is right for your level of experience.

• **NO CLAY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
• CW 101 Beginners Wheel Throwing
• CW HB 101 Beginners Hand Building

• **CLAY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
• CW 102 Beginners Continued Wheel Throwing

• Students can centre clay confidently and throw a minimum 4" cylinder unassisted

The CW 101: Beginners Wheel Throwing Workshop will focus on the primary skill of working on the potter’s wheel. In this 6-week course, you will learn how to prep your clay, center your clay, glaze your wares and everything in between; not only will you leave this class with a basic understanding of wheel throwing, but you will leave with a sense of community. $350 per student, all materials and tools included. 

The CW HB: Beginners Hand-Building Workshop is all about getting creative, having a good time and experimenting with clay in a friendly environment. In this 6-week course, you will have the opportunity to learn or improve basic hand-building techniques such as pinching, coiling and slab building. Students will then use the skills learned to plan and create their own special project to complete in class. $350 per student, all materials and tools included. 

The CW 102: Beginners-Continued Wheel Throwing Workshop is for those who have prior experience, You know the basics, like centering and pulling a wall, but you want to practice these skills and start creating some different forms. In this class, we’ll move on to different forms that will challenge your newfound skills. $350 per student, all materials and tools included.
