Tucker’s 10-86 English Porcelain is a premium Grolleg kaolin-based porcelain which fires beautifully white in both Oxidation and Reduction with excellent translucency when thin. This clay body is completely vitrified at Cone 10 to aid in translucency so care must be taken not to overfire. It contains no ball clays and is therefor not as workable as our other porcelains. This clay fires very white.
